If you can’t attend a lesson for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 24 hours before a lesson, we can easily reschedule it. Lessons cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged to the student and not rescheduled.
If you are late for a lesson, we can still have the lesson, but we will end at the scheduled time. I will wait about 20 minutes for late students.
Students should make sure that all their technology is working before the start of a lesson. If you experience technological problems beyond your control (like weather or other factors) or if the technical difficulties are on my end, I’d be happy to reschedule the lesson for after the problem resolves.
If I’m Late or Absent
This has never happened so far, and I’d like to keep it that way! However, in the unlikely event that I miss or am late for a lesson, I will reschedule for another time without charging you.
